Yoga Pad Henley is a collaboration of traditionally trained Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teachers based in Henley-on-Thames and London.
The founder, Isie, has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years and completed her Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in 2014. Her passion and enthusiasm for Ashtanga Vinyasa and the more contemporary Rocket Yoga led her to start teaching classes in her home town of Henley-on-Thames.

The teachers working with Isie bring their own style to teaching, whilst maintaining the fundamentals of The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system.
Classes are suitable for complete Beginners, to Intermediate and Advanced practitioners.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a great place to start if you’re new to yoga, giving you the tools you need to progress and grow your practice. In our small class you will be guided through a sequence (Primary Series- beginner Ashtanga yoga) and given adjustments and modifications to help you learn the poses. As you begin to connect your breath with this flowing sequence and become familiar with the poses, your mind will move into a meditative and calm state and you will improve strength and flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow is one of the most popular styles of yoga. It's a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and Power Yoga. In this class you will connect poses together to make a sequence. This class is great for beginners and intermediate students.
This class is rooted in Ashtanga and usually set to music. Your teacher will have you flowing through poses, elevating your heart rate and breaking a sweat to the beat.This class is great for all those cardio junkies, runners, and HIIT lovers. It’s great for beginners and intermediate students.
A fun and playful practice, thought to be the original power yoga. Break a sweat as you link movement and breath while strengthening your body. Build strength and improve your flexibility and fitness while flowing with the music into a state of clarity. Modifications will be offered throughout making this fun class accessible to all levels!
A creative and fun vinyasa flow, grounded in the elements – earth, water, air, and fire. Mandala is a mixture of poses from Primary and Rocket that focus on a target area of the body. Classes will focus on either hamstrings, hips, chest openers, or twisting. This practice will have you moving around your mat and exploring your creativity. It’s great for runners, golfers, and anyone who wants a more creative practice. This practice will have you moving around your mat with the music, and using a different part of the brain. This practice is designed for an intermediate yoga student.
